A six-part Italian series created by Franco Bernini, aired in prime time on Rai 1. 

It covers the dramatic three weeks leading up to the night of July 24-25, 1943, the date of the final meeting of the Grand Council of Fascism and the fall of Benito Mussolini, marking the end of the fascist regime.
